Tomato-Basil Baquettes. Self-explanatory on the flavor. Just rip off a piece and dunk in an Olive Oil mixture, serve with Kaymak, slice it up thin and make hors d’oeuvre with Bruschetta or artichokes on the Kaymak. Great appetizer with crudités as well.
